Aswang ng Loob issues a bold and unflinching meditation on corruption, probing the darkness that resides not only in institutions but within the human soul itself. The exhibition unsettles and interrogates, revealing that evil is neither distant nor monstrous but familiarly human. Here, Guirhem’s oeuvres do not merely diagnose; they move between description and prescription, between exposing the wound and proposing its cure.

Ultimately, however, the remedy hinted at by the works rests in the very hands of those they provoke and challenge.
